Our room was on the second floor directly across from the stairs. Typically, that means a lot of door slamming and hallway noise. Not the case! Our room was very quiet and comfortable. We slept well and I got some work done. Nice hot coffee downstairs!
My only complaints are regarding the fitness room and breakfast. Good equipment, but the room was tiny and had no air conditioning. Breakfast was good, but Styrofoam cups are horrible! I brought my own insulated mug.

The kids enjoy the pool and it was quiet there. Staff was nice.
Breakfast had a small selection, no meat. They need to invest in new pillows (flat) and mattress.
