It was ok.

Breakfast was ok coffee was good. Location was great.

Staff was very friendly. Wifi needs lots of work. Not all the lights work. Bathroom was clean and looked updated. However the shower needs work as the showerhead was very low and not much water came out.

Superb

We have stayed here many times. We knew what we were getting. Clean room, polite staff and a great location. We will stay here again when we visit. Recommend this establishment. Location is great. Great views and convenient.

A beautiful place to stay in the lovely resort town without the expense connected to trendy inns.

Everything. Host was very friendly and helpful, staff was jolly on the spot efficient, lovely in-room jacuzzi, beautiful view from the deck and pool, and located mid way through the town so easy to everything.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was a piece of furniture that was a bit scuffed up. Outside of that the room was beautiful. I kept being tempted to visit the local hardware store and get some furniture finish toner just to perfect the room.

The only likable thing was the cleanliness.

The staff was extremely rude. The lady who checked us in told me she thinks tattoos are ugly and that they ruin beautiful skin. (My tattoos were not covered) Then told my child not to be like mom and get all those tattoos. I had to call the front desk and ask for toilet paper. After 10-15 min no one brought any. I went downstairs to ask for some and the lady said oh I forgot about it I was on the phone. The day of checkout they knocked on our door at 9:55 to see if we were still in the room. Checkout was posted as 11:00. I won’t stay here again.

A gem in probably the finest resort community in Arkansas

Everything. The proprietor is very nice and personable. Staff is super efficient. High quality place to stay at a rate considerably below the hotels and inns that rely on "resorty" names. Beautiful views from the pool and deck, lovely rooms, very nice jacuzzi in room, a lot of parking.

Superb

We have stayed at Ozarka Lodge probably 4 to 5 times and it has always been clean and comfortable. We especially like having a front and back door. We can sit on the back balcony , drink our coffee and enjoy the view.

Oh I forgot it had a breakfast. Location was great, comfortable.

There was a bit of confusion about my having cancelled one day of our stay and I’m still not sure if I’m going to be doubled booked.

The hotel needs a ton of work to be worth the cost, and the help needs to learn to knock first!

The view out the back was amazing! The room was clean but extremely out dated. I liked the dual door to the back deck, no chairs to sit on though.

The room was extremely out dated but clean. There were large holes in the walls that had been patched and the patch was coming off. The lady at the desk just opened my door and walked in without knocking! The noise and homeless people were another issue all night long. I will never stay here again! The price compared to what I got... not worth it!

Services fell short of my expectations

Breakfast needs be served earlier and large variety.

Need clearer instructions for fresh towels, emptying the trash. Outside lights shut off after midnight.

Good value, good place to stay

The staff was awesome and was very accommodating. Location is excellent. Lighting in the parking areas is excellent. The rear door access was interesting.

Maybe a better selection on the breakfast menu. Maybe a few more towels or possibly provide some towels for car cleaning. Other than those things, it was good.

Disappointing

The breakfast was just your basic continental breakfast. Definitely nothing special!

The price is too high for what you get. I know it's a tourist trap area but the hotel is old and nothing has been updated. It was pretty clean but there was a musty odor in the room. We had a group and the owner didn't want to give us a group rate. Some people paid $80 while others paid up to $130 a night. I will never stay there again! Too many other nicer hotels with better rates.

The location is just south of the busy downtown area, quiet and not hectic. I parked in front of my door. With temps over 100 degrees, the clean pool was much appreciated in the afternoons. The owner is very personable and keeps this place clean and maintained. She has people returning for 20+ years to stay here. Morning coffee was good! I had bagels, toasted, with peanut butter or cream cheese for protein. I wanted clean safe place to stay while I hiked in the area. Ozarka Lodge is that place, with a very reasonable price.
