Pool not working
Couple bought four months ago and are fixing up and repairing remodeling which work it really needs .
Room comfortable had microwave refrigerator hair dryer. It was clean Family that bought. It was so wonderful so great very helpful. Continental breakfast was OK.

The property was easy to find. We arrived later than ninth and anticipated. We are greeted with a smile, and offered water. I love the hospitality. The room was clean, bright and welcoming. Especially loved the chair in the corner, I was able to sip on my coffee and read a book the next morning.
I was able to visit with the owner on Saturday morning, she was so pleasant and personable. She told me about about the property and we talked about life.
I would recommend Wagner to anyone stopping in Eureka Springs.

Absolutely loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff very nice. It was far enough from the city center to be more affordable but there was a trolley stop in front of it. Across the street was an absolutely amazing restaurant. Didn't go down for breakfast any of the mornings so can't comment on that. We went in June and the owner told us they had bought the place about 4 months before and was renovating it. The room we had had already been done.
