Best Inn is extremely dirty hotel, it’s the worst hotel. It smells marijuana and cigarettes.

I never stayed at that hotel because the room # 217 was very dirty, smelly, and deplorable. The carpet is very old and busted, the chair is busted and very old, the air conditioning is very rusty, the lamps are very rusty and old too and their shades are busted. The room has bed bugs and flies. The sink and toilet are very old and dirty. I was given a wet towel. The whole room was smelling cigarettes and Marijuana. No human being should or can sleep in that room.

Thus place is a crack hotel… prostitue outside of hotel telling to go with you, and my wife was with me. just a really b

not Ingrid at all. it was dirty, no towels, no wash cloth, no toilet paper. Went ask for those things, was told they didn’t have any had to sit for house keeping. . The room was very dirty. Heat didn’t work.

great if you need somewhere in a pinch but not my first choice - great backup for what we paid!

the staff were fantastic! Some of the best people I’ve dealt with in hotels. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and did a great job with us.

The room was not in great shape. It was huge but the pillows were tiny and there were some roaches.

DO NOT STAY here, you might fall sick

the location was right off the highway and the bathroom was clean

the rooms were as dirty as anything. it smelt bad and of smoke. the AC leaked water into the room and the door didn’t lock properly. the bedsheets and the comforter smelt

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This hotel should be removed from Booking.com

This hotel was awful. The toilet didn't work, the bathroom door was broken and the doorknob didn't work from the inside so you could not get out of the bathroom. The towels had holes in them. The smoke detector was missing. The air condition dripped into a bucket. The floor was not vacuumed - there was garbage on the floor. The outlets covers were not secured to the wall so we could not plug anything in and the TV had no service. There was food left in the fridge. And in the morning we have flea bites.

The room was not very made up and almost looked like it was going through a renovation.

the check in person was polite, the room had working air conditioning, and the bed was comfortable enough

none of the lights in the room outside of the bathroom worked the bathroom light worked but the bathroom was kind of dirty with no soap or shampoo the peephole lens in the door was removed, turning it into a two way peephole

at the last minute we needed a room for 2 nights. was a family get together so had to be there. the room was dirty even

it was a last minute booking on graduation weekend so no hotels available

it was dirty from the lobby thru the hallways and the room the sheets had stains on them we slept on top of them and used towels from our car for blankets

Location amenities uncleanliness mattresses haven't been replaced in years they had the nerve to have car air freshners in the bathroom there was moldy insulation around the wall unit ac and honestly the hotel shouldnt be open at all location needs to be closed down

We did not feel very safe there and nothing was never clean! We had to clean the bathroom!

Everything was nasty and dangerous area. Never clean there and a lot of people had COVID-Ammonia. BUGS It was a lot of people on crack there. Thank you Jesus we survive it.

Right off the highway. The front desk people were nice.

The room was dingy. The only thing that was clean was the bathroom. I had to ask for a clean pillow case. The sheets didn't look to good. There was only one working light bulb. I was tempted to leave and go somewhere else, but it was late. My expectations of the room were not high given the price, but I expected it to be clean. Also the internet did not work. Not a big deal.

Need to service the ACs, avoid smoking in the corridor and imbibe the spirit of maintenance culture

The location is good, no breakfast was served. Staff were very courteous and polite. The facility was averagely clean

The entire corridor was filled with scent from cigarette smoke. There supposed to be designated area for smoking. Wi fi not working The Air condition making more noise than the air it produced. The top frame of my room detached
