Nice building. Very nice room. Looks like it was recently refreshed.
Weirdly, the floors seemed damp, way past how long it should’ve taken to dry after being mopped.
The breakfast was disappointing. Eggs and biscuits were ok. Sausages tasted icky. Coffee was terrible. There was no orange juice. Cranberry juice was obviously VERY watered down.
Even though it is a nice facility, it didn’t seem worth the money I paid for the room or the $40 pet fee.

Room was clean and there were no issues. Very convenient location making it easy to get to Jeffersonville, Louisville and New Albany. I had my dog with me and we had no issues.

I liked the easy booking process. I called the facility directly since we were coming in very late and they were very accommodating. We loved the room locations and the closeness to the lobby. Continental breakfast was great!

The location and could bring dog
I like having no carpet it was cleaner than carpet rooms
The tv had only two news channels that didn't have static
Terrible tv reception
The have coin washers which would be ok if they could give change
They cannot change bills to quarter
That truly is inconvenient
