Good for a overnight stay

Good location,friendly staff ,good value and good for a short stay

Parking lot Entrance has only one way in. One room had a hvac control issue.

Not bad, but not great

The hotel was close to all of the stores one might need, several restaurants, and a storage facility. There was a kitchenette, a full size fridge and a fold out couch. Laundry was free. There were no bugs in sight. The bathroom was very clean.

There was a strong smell of disinfectant and mildew coming from the air conditioner. It also only cooled the living area, not the bedroom. Several dryers weren't working, but there were no signs on them. Everything was old and stained.

Great location, very comfortable room, building felt very safe and secure.

a second elevator would've been nice to not have to double back but that's a very minor thing that they can't exactly do anything about so yeah ... no REAL complaints

Great location and Comfortable Hotel

Loved the great location, the staff when I checked in and checked out. The room was immaculate. Bed was extremely comfortable and clean.

A very nice room for an overnight or extended stay at a very reasonable price!

The room, though a bit worn, was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Access was easy, though the hotel was a bit out of our way. All in all, an excellent stay and a very good price, with nice folks at the desk and a very clean room being icing on the cake. The room had a fully functional kitchenette, which we did not use as overnight guests.

When I checked-in, I was charged $50 in advance, as a "security deposit". That was a new one on me, but the clerk said it would be returned once the room was checked, and in fact, it was.

This whole experience has soured me or an IHG hotels. I normally stay at them. But the inability of their customer servi

there was an issue where the water was turned off at the property and no one could answer questions about when it would be turned back on. I left the property two days early and I’m still trying to get my money back through booking.com and the hotel.

The location was close to where we need to go, and the bed was comfy.

The curtain and chair had a stain, but overall the stay was good.

Great property in theory and potential, deeply disappointing in execution.

The amenities in the room were perfect for what is advertised--but I had little confidence in the cleanliness,

I had NO confidence in the cleanliness of the room! There were hairs of previous guests in the shower and around the bathroom sink. Had I not brought along my own disinfectant products, I am not sure I could have stayed there. Also, the toilet clogged and when I informed the front desk, I was told that she "has no maintenance staff" and would have to try to plunge the toilet herself or move me to another room upon my return (expected to be around midnight to 1:00 am!!!). Also, to have to carry to front desk soiled linens in order to exchange for fresh linens is a bit repugnant. Would not recommend this property.
