Cleanliness of the room. Soft linens. Location was great for the Falcon Stadium and Aquarium. Plenty of restaurants. Staff was friendly. We were on the 15th floor and had plenty of hot water as soon as we turned on the shower.
Even though we wer on the 15th floor the Underground parties were still pretty loud. I would have appreciated a togo bag from the breakfast room since our flight left before the breakfast room opened. I would also have appreciated the breakfast room stay open until 10:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

Secure entry. Friendly staff. Room was huge and had a mini fridge and a microwave. Nice breakfast area and decent breakfast to help start your day.
