The location was great. The restaurants left a lot to be desired. I figured there would be homemade meals rather than frozen stuff. The room was great and I appreciate that.
The restaurant. The staff was great but the food was just frozen stuff anyone could make. For the price, I expected a lot more.

Helpful staff. We needed a comb and they had one!. The place was clean. Beds were fabulous as were the blackout blinds. The AC changed the room temperature quickly. The rooms had a lot of space.
I have never been to a nice hotel where there were no guests. We saw one or two cars in the parking lot and no one until we checked out. This was a bit unsettling and made us think we picked an undesirable hotel.
A few specific things that were below expectation. The outside building looks updated but inside it is dated. Elevator would not fit a dolly. We found no outside seating for enjoying the sun.

the bed was not comfortable at all and the heat would not shut off it blew cold air all night and was noise. usually we don't have a problem this was the first

Good location, spacious room, well equipped.
A/C & heater is very old, incredibly noisy when it fires up! I had to switch it off. Noisy fridge: I switched it off too. At 4am, some noisy compressor or motor started and kept me awake.
At nearly $300 for an executive room, I found the experience a bit costly.
