Perfect location for the Franconia Notch loop or Flume Gorge. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast food: eggs (a bit watery), turkey sausages, pork sausages, home fries, bagels/bread, muffins, cereal, juice, etc. Staff was really nice and accommodating.

It was located in a beautiful setting. Had a lake a river in the background outside pool indoor pool.
It was really nothing that I didn’t like about the property. Everything was the way it should be.

Good location
The place is kind of run down. They have done things like add plastic decking to the patios but it just barely hides the old materials. Hot tub and indoor pool were absolutely packed. One other item, pet friendly room does not include a pet. There is an extra fee for that. On site restaurant burned and is closed.
