Good location, just wish someone would be in the office working

There was no breakfast provided

There’s never anyone in office when you check in, so you have to call a number to check in and they’re off site and have trouble understanding when they talk

It was nice and clean. I wish I brought my own pillow. The room was renovated nicely. Nice views and close to everything.

We were a little nervous as we received an email that check-in would be completely remote (no one in office) when we booked. However, we arrived and there was someone at the desk from the time we arrived until very late at night, and she was very friendly and even gave us great advice on things to do in the area! The room was very clean and smelled great. Beds were comfy and all the necessities you would expect were provided. The area was also so quiet and beautiful no busy traffic or noise, nice place to relax while still being close to all the nearby tourist attractions.

The only complaint would be the water temperature! I took a shower at night before bed and it was ice cold, we assumed maybe due to everyone showering at once. My mother decided to wait and shower early morning, even with getting up early before most would there still was NO hot water. There was also very poor lighting in the room as the only lights other than the bathroom was a small desk lamp and corner lamp, however we did not mind as we just slept in the room and did not need to do much to get ready but this may come as a downside to some. Along with this I will add the wifi comes in and out quite a bit, again not an issue to us but something to note for those who may be on a business trip needing wifi.

Everything went well actually! And we were happy to have a place to park our truck and trailer.

I think motel prices are too high, however, yours is more reasonable than most, and we appreciate that!

No breakfast, but I knew that when booking.

Wi fi didn't work. When she changed my room she assured me it would work. Didn't work in next room either.

Requested early check in 12 noon, arrived at 12:05. No one in office, called # was told I req 2pm check in, I had 2pm show, check in took 20 minutes.

Messed up our early check in and ground floor request( due to knee injury), had room halfway down motel balcony. All other guests had ground floor rooms. No signage for ice machine. Watched other cars come in and leave due to no one in office Thurs. No wifi password in room, only inside empty office with no access until Fri 12/9. Room notes state leave keys in key lockbox, website states to leave in room. Lockbox was frozen,left keys in room. Called for wake up call 6am 12/10, person kept saying 6:30. Alarm clock in room did not work. Received call at 5:50 with no follow up call as requested.

Nice place, but no working wifi.

Location and room smelled super clean.

No one at front desk after 8:30pm. Call after hours number for wifi password was never provided a working password. Called again was told to wait for the morning for service or to check the wifi. Still waiting. Should not post free wifi when no working passwords aren't provided.

Exceptional

The hotel is cozy and quiet. Very good location. The staff attentive and friendly. The receptionist guided us on the places to visit and the restaurants to go out for dinner.

Location, Location, Location, rooms clean and renovations are nice.

The beds we were in room 38 they need new ones, they screeched with every move. They were not comfortable. We have stayed here several times and these were the least comfortable beds we were in before.

Quiet Hotel with Amazing Views!

This was my 3rd year staying at the Harvest Drive Family Inn and the new renovations are wonderful and much improved. The location is the best thing about this hotel. Amazing views of Amish country! The new owners and staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price.

The only inconvenience I encountered during my stay was the television service was unavailable for 2 out of the 4 nights. Although this was beyond the owner's control, it was a little disappointing.

Very relaxing and convenient

Location was excellent and very convenient. My daughter loved the playground. The room was very convenient and generally clean. I loved the switch in the bathroom - saves a lot of energy. We would love to come back one day.

Lost power, no hot water, no one ever cleaned our room, or made the beds
