Book a double queen with two queen beds got a room with two double beds should have been a different price level

Great location and staff

We had issues with getting the heating to work, so it was uncomfortably cold all night

It was easily accessible.

I called to check if the facility needed to hold any $ for incidentals. The person (female) who answered the phone wasn’t understanding what I was asking and told me my rooms weren’t paid for. I told her that wasn’t what I was asking, and repeated my question. She started raising her voice, saying that the bank may place a hold on my account, but only two of the three rooms rented were paid for. I told her I would be paying for the third room before I arrived, and she told me I wasn’t allowed to do that. I asked why, she said it’s because I chose to pay later. I told her that wasn’t what was along anyway, I just wanted to know if that particular hotel holds a night’s stay per room for incidentals, like a security deposit. She then answered no, they don’t do that and hung up on me.

The bed was comfortable enough and the water was hot.

The breakfast was some juice, coffee with powdered creamer, and a granola bar with you got there early enough. however there were only 3 bars available when we left at 7am to check-out. Also, after confirming the price with the motel before, arriving they charged an extra $5 and couldn't explain to me why.
