beds super comfy and lisa bar manager was exceptional and friendly

This place is superbly consistent. It is always impeccably clean, everything in the rooms work. They have good free coffee available very early in the morning every day. The staff is attentive and helpful.

Good location. Comfortable beds.

Cold, unwelcoming from desk staff. Poor/confusing parking situation. A very large, unpleasant hair in the bed. Slow/sleepy restaurant for breakfast: We ended up eating a few blocks away at Brew Bakers.
