HORRIBLE & TOTALLY APPALLING

Drove 7 hours to get here for a family member’s funeral. AFTER checking in and my card being swiped, I was then told that the elevator was not working! ONLY hotel staff could operate the elevator. This meant that EVERY time I wanted to leave AND come back to my room, I had to wait for hotel staff. MAYBE this should have been disclosed IMMEDIATELY - BEFORE SWIPING MY CARD???!!! Also, the FIRST room I checked into had a spill stain on the arm chair and the sofa was broken down! Room was disgusting and NOT clean for the price they were charging per night! Not to mention that the AC was not working on half of the floor! ENTIRE hotel REQUIRES a COMPLETE and TOTAL RENOVATION! NOT what I would expect as a Hilton Honors Member! WANT A FULL REFUND!!!

As a HiltonHonors member worst stay ever. Hotel needs to be shut down. No discount/refund given.

Able to get reservations for 3 rooms to accommodate 12 family members on short notice.

The stay was terrible. No A/C in the hallways. Temperature in the hallways and elevator was about 85 to 90 degrees. Stove didn't work in one of our rooms. Elevator wasn't working on day 2 and 3. Had elderly family members with me on 3rd and 4th floor who has medical conditions needing walking assistance. No one at front desk at night time and limited house cleaning available. Upon checking out, was not able to get a discount or refund for the horrible stay.

The worst of Hilton’s hotels by far.

The staff were very courteous and professional.

The hotels furniture are VERY OLD and worn out. The rooms are not clean, no bath linen to accommodate our family, the rooms (I was switched due to sagging beds) have a smell of mold and animals. Honestly!? This was the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. I mean really bad like a roadside motel. This hotel REALLY needs new furniture. The elevators were broke (my children got stuck on one for at least 10mins). My stay here was horrible. I rarely leave reviews, yet I want to warn people before anyone pays $250+ thinking they’re getting a good nights rest! NOT!

Run away from.this place

Nothing about the rooms, BUT I did enjoy spending time with my 11 year old son

Dirty rooms AND rooms 209, 207, and 203 look like they had been broken into. Forced entry near door locks (dented and some of door scraped off), TV didn't work, no clock in room, VERY STINKY STAIRWELL, EXTREMELY HOT HALLWAYS AND ELEVATOR, OLD AND OUTDATED SOFAS IN ROOMS WITH NASTY STAINS ON THEM,, ICE COLD POOL, THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL FAST. WE USED TO LOVE IT HERE BUT WILL BE STAYING AT THE MARRIOTT FROM NOW ON.

We reserved two rooms each with a pull out sofa. Ended up with only one room with a pull out . Because we were tight on

Convenient to wedding venue. Very clean nice staff.

Thought a little outdated. Upholstery was worn and arms showed wear. Floor in kitchen was coming up.

I would never stay here again and I don’t recommend it.

The staff was nice and the breakfast was good

It was old and very outdated. the pool was closed bc of an issue. There was no manager available at all for the whole weekend so no issues could be resolved. the room was not clean. The AC was not working well it was hot in the whole hotel. The elevators wouldn’t work and they kept switching the out of order sign from one to the other which felt really safe and every time we left our room the keys would deactivate so we had to go all the way back down and re activate them at least 7 times over the weekend. At the end they charged me more then the contracted rate with no expiration as to why.

It was fair

Furniture needs to be updated. Knob fell off the cabinet door upon arrival, sofa bed was broken. Hairballs found around the bed.

Could use a little cleaning. Rooms should be double checked before reservations. Card machine did not work for purchases.

I didn't like the couch in the livingroom it was hair all over it couldn't sit on it at all and the room needed some things in the kitchen like more pots and dish soap and dish cloths and some scrubbers for the pots next time

Dangerous. Suing hotel.

The hotel allowed strange men to come to my room twice in the middle of the night. When reported to the top management, there was no recourse or efforts to make my stay safe or comfortable. There was a lax attitude for an incident that was very dangerous. I have actually sought counsel with an attorney to get my money back the for the stay.

Decent value for 2bedroom suite, but derelict accommodations

Breakfast was ok, great to have a dog friendly hotel

I have pictures of all of the following in my phone but only posting some. I will be submitting the full set to Hilton - Trash everywhere on campus, a dog poop bin that was so full the lid wasn’t shutting (and was not emptied at all during our 4 night stay) weeds everywhere, blood on the bathroom wall, dirty carpets, lots of amenities out of service (2 of 3 washers, the pool, the stair door, one of 2 elevators, the A/c in the common area). A lot of broken/old things, like broken elevator buttons, broken a/c covers, broken closet doors, broken ceiling light that was duct taped. Entire inside of hotel could use recarpeting, new paint and trim, general maintenance. Honestly shocked that this was a Hilton brand hotel and not some rinky-dink motel.

it’s a very used property. our in room direct tv service did not work, the bed was made with a bedskirt in between the top blanket and flat sheet, bed sagged in middle, couch was ripping at corners and cushions were worn into a different color, kitchenette sink leaked into cannot below. Staff was notified.

Carpet throughout the building is filthy! Smells damp. Everything needs a deep clean and maybe a coat of paint. The bed was so hard I woke up with back pain!

I have stayed here a few times and this stay will be my last. Too many options in the area at a cheaper price and nicer

The location was good. Easy to get to the places I needed to go.

Air conditioning in the common areas wasn’t working, pool was closed, staff was not friendly (very robotic not welcoming). Room was not inviting or comfortable.

Had high expectations but was disappointed because we spent more than $1000 for 3 nights stay.

Location was good

The carpet in the elevator and the bedroom needs to be cleaned and shampooed. Breakfast was more on the salty side.

Very nice stay!

comfy bed...suite had kitchenette, extra pillows, everything was clean. the continental breakfast was great,lots of selection. everything was fresh. was able to check in an hour early.

the furniture was scuffed up...but didn't detract from our stay.
