We liked traveling to the different sister properties. The breakfast at Settler's Inn was very good. We enjoyed dinner and the spectacular views at Ledges. So serene and peaceful there. The afternoon spent at the pool/bar at Silver Birches was very relaxing. It was a great getaway weekend!
I would like to see the shuttle run earlier in the afternoon. Great service though.

The waterfalls was beautiful and it was lovely to sit and just be there in the evenings relaxing and listening to the sounds.

We loved the view of the waterfall. We also loved the shuttle driver Michelle. She made our trip.
We did not like the room size for the cost, and the restaurant service was horrible

I like that it was a unique hotel in a unique setting. The breakfast credits were a good bonus. The hotel staff seemed very accommodating. The Glass restaurant onsite was pricey but food was good.
The rooms need major updating. The air conditioner was loud at night, the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. Looked like in the rooms that the celling was falling apart. For what they charge a night this should be looked at.
