Th rooms were nice and they gave you towels for the pool and spa. It had a spacious lobby and the Guest Service people behind the desk smiled and were very accommodating. It.
There didn’t seem to be enough parking and when we’re arrived the parking spot we initially selected had a sewer smell so we moved to the other side of the building
Also, in the room we stayed in, Room 221, the rod that holds the shower curtain was improperly installed. Both sides of the shower curtain slipped down away from the wall and the bathroom sink needs to be fixed
You should have 2 locations or a fold-down metal trays to put luggage on, you only had 1 spot next to the tv .
You need to vary your breakfast menu. We were there for3 days and you had the same breakfast every day bro.
When we stayed at the Best Western Abby Inn they had hash browns, bacon, different types of sausage , cut up fruit, and some days a guy making Omelets

Easy access, pet friendly with typical breakfast.
The beds were very dated. Some minor maintenance issues in the room.
