The staff were friendly and helpful. Our suite was very nice but the location of it was awful. I had my heart set on sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and watching sunrise, ocean views and sun sets. Instead my views were palm trees and traffic :( The person that did my reservation knew the “ ocean view “ was my first priority yet that’s not what we received. The manager suggested I call the hotel instead of going through a booking agency who is not familiar with room locations. I booked our reservations 9 months in advance and paid a premium price for a king suite, so how we ended up in a room with the worst view in the hotel is beyond me. I’m chalking it up as a lesson learned.
