Excellent location. Good room.
No breakfast included although price is high. And no coffee maker in the room.

Super friendly and helpful staff and great facilities - room includes a fridge and there is coffee, hot water and a microwave available in the lobby. The location is also great, walking distance to a few restaurants and shops.
Very minor, but the walls are on the thinner side.

This was our second time staying here. Clean, comfortable room. Close to Bar Harbor. Excellent!

good size room
Very thin walls, could hear conversations from next-door neighbors. They replaced the towels and made the n=bed but they didn't clean the bathroom or vacuumed the floor. Staff at check-in did the absolute minimum and not friendly.
