Nice location not far from downtown and North Ark College. Staff was nice and nonintrusive. Quiet but still active, was nice. Was glad to see smoking room is an option.
The air conditioner sounded like it was laboring to give birth to its replacement.

Queen size bed not discussed until I arrived, bed was comfortable.
Room, Clean but in poor repair, (loose trim & rough plaster patches) B Sink did not drain quickly, toilet seat was cracked, floor was sticky to feet.
