Very good

The bed was comfortable, the location was good, it was inexpensive

There was no one in the office when I arrived to check in, I waited 20 minutes. The room was very small and needed updating.

Close to beach/boardwalk. Has a pool.

When we first arrived, the floors were still slightly wet from being wiped/mopped - not an issue at least they cleaned the floors. However wet floors and dirty shoes create a mess. My oldest went to the front office to ask for some cleaner/paper towel to wipe it up and for some shower towels as there were none in the room. The gentleman from the office then later confronted me and the kids in the parking lot asking what the problem was why we needed cleaner etc. not in a friendly way like “is there an issue I need to fix?” it was a little aggressive/accusatory. We got the suite with a kitchen with the intention of having some of our meals at the hotel (we all know how expensive food is down the shore). Brought in a ton of groceries we couldn’t even cook as the stove/oven did not function at all. Our first night at the hotel my daughter was coming out of the bathroom and one of the drop ceiling tiles fell onto her. Apparently a pipe was leaking and soaked the tile through and it caved. I contacted the office and they said they’d come by in the morning to address the ceiling and the oven but they never came. We ended up putting a bucket on the floor of the bathroom to collect the water for the 2 nights we were there. There are obvious signs of other water damage issues throughout the room. There were NO garbage cans or anywhere to put garbage, which I just think is odd as it is a standard thing in hotel rooms even if it’s just a tiny one in the bathroom. And lastly, I know this is something that can’t really be helped BUT the parking lot is TINY - people made their “own” parking spaces it seemed like and made maneuvering in and out a little difficult. One night there were no available parking spaces and I ended up having to pay for street parking. Also a common thing at the beach, but not when you’ve paid to stay in a hotel. Luckily it was only a few hours before a space opened up and I was able to park at the hotel and not in a metered space.

This is not a place you want to dwell with your kids because of the mold and insects .

Nothing was up to Standard with this property.

The beds was very uncomfortable, there was mold on the ceiling and in the bath tub lots of flies and the microwave was filthy. The Oder was moldy which made my daughter sick. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting/horrible room. Our hotel keys did not work. Smelled horribly like smoke inside the room.

The only good thing about this “hotel” was it was a 5 minute walk from the boardwalk.

The room was extremely dirty. I had to spend $40 of my own money just to clean up & disinfect the place! Also, people definitely smoked in these rooms, the smell was horrendous. we went through 3 candles during our stay. Bed is SO uncomfortable I had to move it down to the floor just to sleep. Never again.

The place was a hole in the wall so u think u would get a good deal it’s not no free breakfast

The breakfast was a paper bag with a apple water a blue drink and A Nutri-Grain

I didn’t like I couldn’t check in till late and the breakfast I thought would have OJ and coffee we had to walk around building to get to our car or the pool I got a room set off to the side so I didn’t have a back porch like everyone else They didn’t let me check in till 4 I couldn’t even check in abs go to the beach because I got to check in so late I never got a chance to go to the beach

I’ve seen dorms the were in better condition. Floor was dirty (pizza sauce on floor and sand) door didn’t close properly and couldn’t lock the top lock. Sheets were stained and the hallways had an Oder

Very poor

The close proximity to the beach.

First off, I booked 1 dbl room with 2 dbl beds and when I arrived I was given 1 room with 2 dbl beds. So I was given the wrong room. When I mentioned it to the staff they said that's what they had available and if I wanted the room I originally booked it would be double it price. When I showed him my receipt for the room I booked he said it's a mistake on booking.com that they would have to fix. But I doubt that's the case. The hallway smelled really bad. Even after we sprayed it with febreeze. The staff never came to clean the room and we had towels that were only replaced the day before we checked out. It also seemed like they had random people using the pool that were not staying at the hotel. The location was great. 1 block walking distance to the beach which was the highlight.

Every thing but one thing does stick out the fact of my reservation set a two bedroom suite they had three full-size beds in one room if that was a sweet it wasn’t a very good one the beds were Cots they threw mattresses on. One word dump

IT IS NOT SAFE HERE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

So a plus is that I have actually nothing that I like about this place at all. I would not recommend anyone to ever stay here if you value your life. The only positive thing about this place was the convenience of how close it was to the beach/boardwalk.

Well, easier said than done, I'll list out everything that there was that did not deliver: -No microwave in rooms like it says on the web -The one employee we saw the whole stay there was barely ever at the front desk -Ice maker was not working and the manager had no idea how to fix it -Our room was a small 15ft x 8 ft with a bed taking up a majority of the space -One outlet in the entire room -Mold on the bathroom windows -Ants on the shower floor/floor throughout the room -There were 8 cops arresting someone who was staying at the hotel on one of our nights staying -The person who got arrested broke into another person's room and the manager of the hotel was just trying to get the cops out of there instead of helping guests -TV remote in another room was chewed on

Don't stay here

The pool

There was mold, the TV sound was broken and no one would help fix it, the shower was only freezing cold water, I left an expensive robe in the closet that I'm sure no one will ship back to me. There is no form of privacy as you can hear everything conversation teenagers have as they drink and scream about cocaine in the hallways.
