I felt at home great stay

Overall a good experience. Would stay again if needed.

Location was convenient. Mostly updated. Bed was comfortable. Clean (for the most part)

Urine on toilet and finger nail clippings on the sink when we arrived. Location was a little noisy but tolerable.

Great value for a quick last minute stay!

We booked this property the day before Thanksgiving on our travels - so it was very unplanned. We thought the property was very well managed and clean. The check-in was very easy and quick and the breakfast was fantastic. The kitchen staff even offered us "to go" containers - since we were the last ones to eat that day and they had plenty left that was going to be thrown out - that was a nice option and made for a great snack later. The location was very easy to get to - though the city was a bit overwhelming to navigate. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were what we needed. Though we didn't use it, the hotel offered discounts to the restaurant across the street and the check in host was very knowledgable about the area's offerings.

The only thing we didn't like was the staff that were right outside the front doors smoking as we checked out. There were three of them - presumably on their smoke break - but it was right at the entrance as we were trying to load and leave so it was kind of annoying b/c they were talking loudly and smoking right by where we were loading.

My only disappointment was at checkout, booking.com said total should have been 377 for 2 nights, location charged 390…..when asked, I was told to ask booking.com, never had a discrepancy before.

Other than being unable to use our points, we were pleased.

We love this place and stay here whenever we are in Cleveland, TN.

We had enough points accumulated for a free night's stay, but were not allowed to use them. No one could explain to us why.

Unacceptable and expensive

I could not have a room with 2 beds which I had called to confirm weeks earlier & was told that would be no problem, staff was unapologetic & did not do anything to try to correct this situation. The walls are so thin it made it hard to get any rest & the last night of the stay our room was not even cleaned. Breakfast was a real disappointment!

I’d stay again but on your staffs good day.

I think breakfast was wonderful, the room layout was nice and enough for our family!

when checking in the front desk staff was arguing with a customer. Which I know will happen in this line of work, but staff just transferred that annoyed energy to me and my family. We drove 15 hours to this hotel and greeted by that was not the best impression.
