Nice place and plenty to do to relax.
The elevator was a little noisy in movement. The carpet in the stairwells needs cleaned and handrails also. Pool floor needs work.

Breakfast was awesome. Pool was great.
Waiting 14 mins for someone to check out our purchases from the snack shop. 3 people behind the desk, all made eye contact with me. I paid over 300 for a two night stay. Took 1 hour and 15 mins to get our dinner at the pizza louge.

A nice location. Everything is in walking distance. The best part about this place is the pizza bar. This hotel is great food for a good price. You don’t need to leave to have a good meal. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
The elevator made me feel unsafe a little bit, but it worked every time just made lots of noise and it didn’t help that I’m afraid of elevators.

I was supposed to have a premium room overlooking the pool instead it was a ground floor overlooking a pool table. It was a walkway by our window so we had to keep our drapes closed at all times to keep people from looking in.
When I went to check-in, the lady at the desk said I had no reservations even though I showed her my email and text messages. She said that didn’t matter. Eventually, she saw that someone had already checked me in, and my keys were laying in front of her. Never apologized and told me oh here you go then as I was walking away, called me back to get a copy of my credit card and drivers license again never apologizing, especially after I commented about my room.
We stay in this hotel at least twice a year as we travel back-and-forth and have loved it every single time until this time doubt that I’ll ever be back
