Room was clean, bed was comfy, and staff was very friendly.
The lobby and the elevator smelled very heavily of marijuana and right now the have a hold on my credit for two different amounts $248 and $148 - the rate is supposed to be $148

I got the room for my grandmother because she had an issue at the house with her AC and you guys really met her standards thank you so much

Very nice set up of room and with lots of space.
The breakfast could have been better. The orange juice was watered down. Eggs looked fake and watery. Everything else was good.

Staff was kind and efficient. I had a problem with my room and I was quickly moved to another room.
My room and bed were comfortable.
In my first room there was a sticky cup ring on the bedside table and a stain on the wall. But worse, there was a stain on the bedsheet and it looked like the pillow cases had not been laundered.
My second room was better but the floor by the door was sticky, as if too much cleaner or wax had been applied. In addition there was mold in the shower
Finally, I frequently used the stairs instead of the elevator. I used both stairways. Every time I used the stairs, I found the fire doors to the hallways held open with doorstops. Not only does this violate the fire code, but in case of a fire the open doors would allow heat and smoke to enter the stair wells possibly spreading the fire and making evacuation of the upper floors impossible.
