Staff was not friendly and un- accommodating

The location was good. Many places to eat and shop nearby. The house keeper and janitor were nice and actually did their job well and with a smile. The free breakfast was also delicious and many options.

The staff was not pleasant at all. Wouldn't say they were rude, but none of them seemed like they wanted to be there. They were annoyed with anything we asked for like a towel, TOILET PAPER, re program room keys that would stop working every day. The building and rooms were kinda run down hut clean. The pool wasn't open much. They didn't mention covid being the reason, only "We have to clean it" or "we might open it later" yet when it finally opened, it was filthy.

I would not stay at another hotel by this company ever

Location

I had to be switched too two different rooms 1st room water leaking from ceiling, 2nd room toilet wasn't bolted down water leaking from that onto bathroom floor .Then next day staff member at front desk told me I would not be compensated for my troubles . Staff is very rude!

Cleanliness in my room, breakfast, and customer service were my priority and made the stay worthwhile. I would definitel

Room, towels, and sheets were very clean. Staff, “Ms. Kat” and David were very friendly, too. Breakfast (eggs, sausage links & patties) was hot and ready with a very good variety (cereal, assorted fruit, bagels, juice, milk, waffles, etc.). Dining area was very clean. And there’s a pool. (We only stayed one night as we were only driving through but yes, there’s a pool!)

Walk ways around pool and throughout were dirty and trash was piled and overflowing from trash bin near soda machine. It appears someone was in process of taking out the trash but maybe forgot it?? And it just happened to be near our room, unfortunately. Oh, and the main entry door was missing the latch (hinge and lock mechanism), so we couldn’t lock it, and the door to the restroom wouldn’t stay shut or locked.

Our stay sucked.

The whole experience was terrible. We stayed in Room 117. Two doors from the side entrance. There was no lock on the exit door. It was missing. You could look straight through it. Then the door to actuall get outside was propped open with a floor tile or something and a handwritten sign on the door that said “No visitors from 10pm - 6am”. Why was that even there? This is a hot tub room. We had two towels and had to call for extras that were not given up freely. It was like a bother. The water pressure was so low it took 22 minutes to fill the tub. The bathroom was small. No hair dryer. A hole in the bathroom door. This was terrible. I just stayed in a hot tub room with Baymont in Columbus TX a month ago for $97 total that was gorgeous. They should have refunded at least half of the $151 they charged me. I will NEVER stay here again. Avoid at all costs.

Disappointing

the ac and tv worked

the bathroom needs to be redone the caulking on the floor is stained with black and gray color. the front door frame is loose, so somebody could kick it while it’s locked and the whole door would open. the outlets plastic cover is loose.

Very good

The air was perfect in our second room, beds where comfortable, and TV was working well and had varieties of shows.

Some stains here and there, and fridge didn’t have a freezer in our second room. Also in our first room, the air was loud all night so I barely got sleep.
