Excellent customer service on the front desk and the location is close to the airport if you have a car. No messing about with a vehicle parking pass here - free parking means free parking :)
There was a problem with not having any twin rooms left to honour our booking, but they gave us two single rooms instead, at no extra charge, to make it right.
See above but the kind lady on the desk made it right.
