It was lovely! The condominium exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, quiet and in the best location. It also felt very secure and safe. After checking out and arriving at our next destination, I realized that I left an item behind in the condominium. This morning, I called and spoke with Robin at Zephyr Mountain Lodge, who contacted housekeeping. They found the item I left behind! It should be returned to me in the next few days. I am so very thankful for the staffs’ efforts in finding my bag!

The location was perfect for our stay in Winter Park. It was nice to be able to walk out of the front door and walk directly over the village amenities.
The bathroom sink didn't drain well. Black sludge came up when we tried to use the plunger to clear the stoppage. Everything else was excellent.

I like that you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and close to down town.

Location, parking.
No one ever returned my questions on website. Booking.com had wrong number on information. No information on checking procedures. Late getting our room. Horrible communication by Fraser Crossing their phone number makes you listen to 3 commercials and then to get leave a message. Booking.com communication was equally poor and unacceptable. Fire pit didn’t work, management totally absent and unengaged.
