The room was fairly clean. The bathroom was decent and adequately stocked with towels and soaps. The A/C functioned properly.

The property was very shabby-looking. There was trash piled up in the outside walkways. The room had a musty smell when we entered. The mattress and pillows were hard. When we left early in the morning for the airport, there were a couple of shady characters walking around the parking lot. There was the smell of marijuana coming from some of the rooms. It was not at all what we thought we were getting when we booked the room online.

They came in and left a dirty floor. It was a spider in the bed which I know bit me. The lights went out abs I was told that I need to heat my food 2 mins at a time.

Broken nightstands. Stains on everything but the sheets. Trash left under the bed. Worst of all I began to check the sheets considering the state of the room and sure enough found bed bugs crawling through the sheets. Called property about it and was meet with defensiveness and false info that these bugs only exist in box springs. No offer of refund even though we went and told them we would not be staying here and would just prefer a refund. Will be contacting booking and cc company as well.

how close it was to the convention center.

the restroom was not clean, there was hair all over the floor. The tub was not clean. There were stains all over the couch. The cable did not work, call the desk and she said a work order was in place, i could obviously see that the coaxial cable was not plugged into the tv, so i knew she was lying. The mattress was super worn out, both our backs hurt after sleeping on that what seemed like a piece of carb board. Our son got bit up by bugs due to the room being filthy.
