Very bad experience.

The staff was very polite and kind. Extremely dirty carpet. The room had these crawly bugs (didn't notice them until I got up to dress and check out) the linen on the bed had yellowish stains Sheets. Therefore I could cover up. Had to sleep in the chair all night. Had to lay my head on the table with a pillow. The worst I've ever stayed. 😪 I chose this place online because of the location of a family event (The Balony) The the Airport was just minutes away. So I flew in from Dallas, TX to attend the event. I was in the city for less than 24hrs then back on the plane the next morning. Just a bad place to invite someone to stay. Unfortunately I could never book this hotel again. Again the staff were very nice.

Please see above statement. In addition, the lobby and the room has a very nasty and dirty smell.

Terrible

Nothing everything was terrible,mi first room change because the tv not work,my second room they provide no ac was terrible. They stolen all my money I don't recommend and never come back

Uncomfortable and gross

Staff was nice

Uncomfortable, old and beat up furniture. My bed had bed bugs in it. I told them at them front desk. They said they would call me once they checked it out and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Worst hotel experience.

will not recommend this hotel to anyone unprofessional personal, unable to pay cash if the client so desires

recepción lady was rude, unacceptable behavior, didn’t gave me my receipt when I ck in, the bathroom towel holder felt apart when I try to get a towel, the room were supposed to be non smoking but the next door room were smoking pot, mariguana unacceptable sleep because of the smell

the front desk staff was horrible the shower water came out so hard that it hurts to take an shower beds were full size beds when I book queen size deluxe I don’t think nothing was deluxe I could of just gotten regular i kelp having to go get my key reset for some odd reason I kept it away from my phone but every time I went to go inside my room my key doesn’t work again!!!

Dirty Rooms

NOTHING!!

Two days, the welcome took too long. My wife and I were only ones in line. The receptionist on the phone took too long to respond to us. The room work table has a broken leg, and the bathtub was nasty. The water ran all night and day, and the worsted no clean. Trash is left in the trash bins, and the bed was not refreshed, and no one replaced the towels. They just skipped this room. The WORST INN EVER!

Cleanliness is an issue.

The location is good for airport access. That's the only good thing about it.

The room appears to be clean but it stank like someone had been making very spicy smelly food in the microwave. It ruined the stay and we will never go back.

Good location it was close to the place I needed to visit, also great pricing. The price was very low compare to other hotels.

I didn’t like the room decoration, also the carpets. All the hotel need a major remodeling and new carpets specially the carpet of the hallway that goes to the breakfast room. By the way breakfast need to have more options such as waffles or pancakes.
