The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. There is also nothing better than a clear, refreshing pool after a hot day of working in south Texas in the summer! Will definitely stay here again.

There really wasn't much of a breakfast, but the cofffee and the conversation with the owner was very nice. Really enjoyed getting to know the owner and when he bought the place and what he was thinking as far as holding it and selling it. Very interesting.
The place was a little run down from maintenance that probably should be done, like the edge of the stairs were rotting off a little and the doors were a little worn etc.
