The staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The food, although pricey, was good.
There is no fridge in the room which makes it challenging for someone who has to have certain drinks, medications, foods, etc.

I liked the location, the friendliness of the staff, and their willingness to accommodate my requests.
I’m pretty sure our bed was not cleaned. The room appeared clean at first glance but after expecting it deeply it was not. The shower had lots of soap scum residue, the bed was made but when we got into bed there was sand and other debris plus the sheets were stained. We didn’t get into bed until after 1am so I can say it’s my fault for not checking but it’s their fault for it not being cleaned thoroughly. I requested a late checkout only for housekeeping to knock around 9 and then come back around 11. My checkout was at 1pm. When I opened the door the lady look like she was going to get in trouble because she hadn’t read the checkout time. And there’s no fridges in the room. I requested one and it was honored. I wish it was on a stand to make it higher but it worked beautifully.
