Quiet neighborhood, comfortable mattress, nice shower (took a long time for the water to get hot but once it was hot it stayed hot). No microwave in the room but there was a full kitchen on the main floor, including a microwave, but I don’t know if renters have access.
The TV, cable box, and all necessary cables, while in the room, were not set up. The coaxial cable was hooked up to the cable box but the cable box wasn’t plugged in, the TV wasn’t plugged in, and the HDMI cable wasn’t plugged into either the cable box and TV. Fortunately, I’m reasonably familiar with these types of systems and I was able to get everything setup in about 20 minutes and it functioned perfectly. The stairs to the upper floor, where my room was, are noisy. A carpet runner on the stairs would fix that.
