Easy + friendly check-in, cozy room, friendly staff, proximity to the buses was great, picturesque mountain views 🏔️ (also the lobby smells amazing?)
Shower pipes were loud during use + bathroom has a window so if you turn the lights on in there, it wakes everyone up 😅 but wasn’t a huge issue!

Location and the availability of the restaurants.
Lamp shade wasn’t working, dryer takes a while to dry clothes and no available cafeteria inside when restaurants outside easily get packed and closed early.

Great ski in ski out location. Good amenities in the room, such as microwave and washer/dryer. Francisco from the ski valet desk is super helpful.

Location is good with easy mountain access.
Was not notified that the entire property is under construction. Dirty construction zone with scaffolding surrounding the building, impeding views as well as the pool areas. Also charged $50 for parking by a third party even though it is the only parking available on the hotel property. I couldn’t wait to leave.
