The rooms were not clean had pubic hair in the shower the towels had stains on them like they were used

Was the worst customer service, not Accommodating and ridiculous not stated rules

That apparently you can't check in between 2:30am-7am which would have been nice knowing before I made my reservation! Instead the front desk guy was rude and me Anna my husband had to sleep in our packed truck in the cold. Not cool

Bad

Thought I was entering a skid row hotel room . Thoughts of bedbugs ruined my sleep

Full breakfast include is a farce! Since when was bagel and coffee is a full breakfast is a full breakfast

Sweet deal

Organized. Great room with all the amenities that are important to us! Very clean. Helpful staff. We heard no one come or go.

I wish it had an extra lock or bar to swing across for safety. The mattress just needs to be turned over. It was a little worn in the middle.

Exceptional

It was very cozy I was offered a smoking room. Very clean very tidy and well staffed. And all amenities were in the room needed coffee pot towels shampoo soap and the bed was very very comfortable and clean.

That I didn't have the money to stay two more days

5 is my review.i I won't stay at Appltrre Inn again.

I was able to to sleep in a comfortable bed and I was able to take a bath.

I was given a smoker room. I didn't ask for a smoker room. I went to the front desk and told her so, she gave me a non smoking room. I don't have a car so I had to walk across the parking lot four times because I had stuff to bring into the room with me. When I got to the room, I noticed that the bed wasn't made & so then I had to go back to the front desk & tell her that the bed wasn't made. She gave me another room that was on on the other side of the hall. I again had to move all of my stuff four times. Mind you that I was already exhausted when I arrived from too much work. I came to get a rest not more work. The soda machine ripped me off of $3. I had no idea where the complimentary breakfast was at.

It was comfortable but shabby.

The bed was exceedingly comfortable. I like being able to walk to TJ Max et al.

At least redo drywall. Get a bigger TV.

Miserable, unkind housekeeping, no coffee in the morning unless I wanted to go to the front office,

That there was no smoke detector in the room it was messy dirty all around the bed area the kitchenette had a microwave and a refrigerator with a broken freezer door so they couldn't put nothing Frozen in there and I bought some ice cream and I had to eat it right away. Also there was no coffee maker that was confusing very confusing. But what I didn't like most about it was they kept my deposit because they said I stained a wash rag and a hand towel well I had to wipe the mud and crap off of the front door area because there was no rug for slip resistance there was snowy slushy and icy and rainy and wet outside is it matter of fact the the sidewalk needed shoveled when I first got there. They tried to tell me that there was urine on the bed and that is not possible and not true if it was there it was there from before but they kept my whole $100 deposit for two for a wash rag a hand towel and supposedly urine on the bed which is not true I don't know what to do about that. But there's a reason it is a two-star hotel because it doesn't even deserve that many I'd give it one star if that.

Pleasant quiet room but very little care is being given to keep it up or replace damaged items.

Nice, firm, clean bed, quiet room

burned out bulb in overhead table light, burnt rolls and cardboard left in the microwave, giving the room a distinct burnt bread smell. TV remotes almost impossible to use. They need to replace the missing hardware on the closet door before the door is permanently damaged.

Don’t stay here. Stay literally anywhere else. It’s very dirty and smelly.

The only good thing is that the internet was fast.

I don’t think half a stale muffin and a cold bagel should be counted as breakfast. They also had nothing to drink other then bad coffee in the morning. The room was filthy, the mattress was stained and brown. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts in the hallway outside our room even though it’s “non smoking”. We woke up with very sore throats and could barely breathe.

Front counter staff are wonderful

No hot water (at all ) no cooking utensils. Or plates or silverware. Broken down equipment.

Loved it but very upset I could not get the room m after I booked it

I did not receive any breakfast I wanted to stay another night so I booked it and they said it was already booked how come

Friendly place to stay

Staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Never had any issues arise while staying here. Always a pleasant experience.

No cups or coffee mugs. No silverware. But, a call down to the office resolved that easily.
