The bed was very comfortable. I liked the hours of the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was exceptional.
I didn't like I had to pay to park on the property and put a deposit down to stay. They have my credit card information that should have been plenty for incidentals.

The place was nice, and the people were OK, but the problems I had were with the interactions between Booking.com and Embassy Suites. They tried to charge me not only again for the room but also nearly double what I already paid. This wasn't awesome to deal with as I had just got off the road and was late. They got it worked out after blaming booking.com as much as possible and a good bit of time to do it in, and after that, everything else was good.
Having to deal with the lengthy process of them figuring out whether or not I already paid and needing to get to my room to decompress and sleep. Again, everything else was good, though, I just wish this didn't have to happen. In this case, the blame game doesn't help either, I don't see how it matters because there isn't any way to know who whether Booking.com or Embassy Suites was responsible for this mess, just do better so this doesn't happen to people.
