Very clean. The surroundings were fine to walk our dog and there are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy a fire.
The other guests above us sounded like elephants!

Room was clean and roomy. It was great to unload directly into the room. Bathroom redo provided great space for toiletries.

The management is in the process of attempting to upgrade/redesign the motel. I understand that and applaud their efforts. The staff I spoke with were very friendly and honest about the room. I appreciated that.
The cost of the 2 bed room was way too high. Well over $220 for a simple room. The bathroom had been renovated but they mounted the mirror so high that I could barely see the top of my head. My 6' 1" husband barely got to see his whole neck. They really need some advice from a designer on how to place the furniture, too. It's too bad since someone is sinking a lot of money and effort into this place. The price of the room should have been around $125 tops.
