The bathroom and beds were very clean. Air conditioning and wifi worked well.
Customer service was sub-par. I called ahead of check in to inquire about an early check in. Not only did it take too long for a front desk representative to get to the phone, they were curt and informed me about an "early check in fee" that was NOT advertised on booking.com.
Honestly I was flabbergasted. I travel for work once a month and have never heard of an early check in fee. The room not being available yet is one thing, but it being available and simply charging the customer more is heinous.
Lastly, when I arrived at the hotel, there was no one behind the front desk. There was no bell to ring for service so I had to use my cell to call the front desk. Only when the phone rang did someone appear to assist me with check in.
There was also what looked like mold on the window curtains above the A/C. This happens I know but is a health concern that should be addressed. I stayed in room 143.

Carpet in the room was smelly, dirty, and the ceiling was water damaged.
