The hotel, though older, has charm, clean, and the staff was super friendly. The rooms have some updates and were a nice size for our needs. I liked that you can sit outside of your room to enjoy the weather, meet your neighbors, and hang out with friends. Plus being right next door to ice cream, across the street is the grocery store, beer and liquor store. Nice to be at the edge of town, so less traffic congestion, but you could easily walk to the main area if you wanted.
Our mattress was firmer than I would have liked and the pillows, like most hotels weren't my favorite. However, comfortable enough that I didn't have any trouble sleeping.

Location was great. Value was ok
Terrible beds. The beds were not comfy (mattress), plus the acrylic comforter and I don’t what material was the blanket made the bed extra hot with the heat and humidity. The cooler fan was loud but with good cold air
