The room was better than we expected even with the flaws. Will at the front desk was outstanding and a pleasure to deal with.

Rm 205. My bedspread had many burn holes. The cable tv sucked and the toilet was very loud and kept running. We were woken up a couple times by loud people outside our room. Some of these may seem small but you asked.

Very good

I'm still recovering from a broken ankle and after a big move from Ephrata. I loved having a room away from it all. for good sleep don't want to pay too much . it was a good stay

cheap on booking site but not in person, and didn’t feel very clean or safe, but the staff was nice

staff was great. close to gas stations. door had a deadbolt

room wasn’t super clean. tv was old and small. woke to other patrons screaming at each other a few times. trip was extended so we asked how much another night was, and was told over double the price it was on booking.com. staff was friendly and helpful and location is nearby convenience stores.

the customer rep is acting not fair at all. also the property don’t honored online booking even if they had a open room but since you book online you have to cancelled your stay and let their own booking take the open spot. even if you came first and the reservation is confirmed.

I called the whole deal off before check-in could be completed.

price, mini frig and microwave.

being treated like an inconvenience. the $100 Cash Deposit is ridiculous. 3pm check-in even though the internet says 2pm. the desk help really doesn’t care if anyone stays there or not. wanting a $100 room deposit after having had pre-paid $300+ for 2 nights.

I will never stay here again no matter how cheap it is. A good night sleep is more important than $

The bed was quite uncomfortable and the air conditioner was so old it took a long long time to figure out how to use.

it was the worse motel I’ve ever stayed at

Noisy. Not clean. Needed to ask for towel (happy to receive them!) Issue with people talking outside room window at night and loudly on their phone early the next morning.

it was quiet and the people there were very hospitable, but I could be cheaper for what we got

it was clean and back away from the busy road

I went to go take a shower and the shower head was cracked and sprayed everywhere and I had burn holes in my bed spread , but other than those things it was a quiet stay
