Location was good. Did not have time to eat breakfast but available and looked ok.
TV had issues but front desk rep helped to resolve some issues. TV screen kept steaming in and out. In town for swim meet and had to get up early and got there late so we went to bed.

Coffee was good & the breakfast bar was clean, well stocked.
Hard to complain ……bed squeeked & top spread had couple stains. But I bring my own bedding no matter where I stay so it was all good.
