Very clean

Good location. Quiet AC.

No coffee maker in the room, not enough towels, did not get a wake up call on second day. No breakfast, hotel lobby was messy, unkept, had to hunt down manager. No breakfast items.

The staff were always willing to help. Walking distance to NRG.

The room smelt like mold and smoke. Furniture was old and dirty. The bathroom floor looked to have never been cleaned before and the shower head as well as the bathroom light were broken.

Didn't eat breakfast but was satisfied with the location cause it was close to the rodeo grounds.

Not enough towels or pillows. It only had 2 big towels and 1 hand towel

nothing at all

literally everything. they took my money and did not provide me with a room or a refund , we were verbally insulted, the Indian man pointed his middle finger to us as the Indian woman locked the doors. they tried to take our pictures and keep our IDs until i showed them i was calling the police, not to mention they did all of this in front of our 3 year old child. the place itself was also filled with prostitutes in the back defiantly a 0 out of 10 for me.
