Decent location, not too far from Times Square and Central Park. Room was compact but beds were comfortable.
Shower wasn’t brilliant and decor is tired. Breakfast on the first day was a little slow but there’s an OK selection.

It was Clean
The staff promised to change me to another room up and it never happened. Even if I asked every day, they still didn’t have a room for me. And I booked my room with many time in advance.

Location is fine.
Location is fine, it looks like the hotel is in repair because it was a scaffold around the entrance.
The room was small.
They didn't clean the room on the first day because I didn't know you have to let reception know to have it done every day.
The quality of the breakfast was not good. The breakfast room was very small with not enough tables for so many people.
