The room was very clean, the owners were very kind and introduced themselves The room was dated, but had a homey lived in feel kind of, like going to your great aunts home to stay in her guest room.

Parking was a bit of a challenge, and the bed wasn't too comfortable, but for the price you can't beat it.

The grounds with all the beautiful flowers really dressed up the property making it very homey. The beds are all new and the bathroom was very nice with tile floor in the shower . Beautiful sink and fixture. Coffee and tea in the office. It is in a great location being close to everything in Moses lake. We visited the Japanese peace garden and took a nice walk on the excellent path along the lake. The farmers market downtown was fun to visit and we found the Psalms 23 Coffee Shop that was very very nice.

The room was clean, and check-in and check-out were simple and convenient. I liked the floors and the location.

The listing stated that the rooms were fully renovated, but that wasn't my experience. They appeared to be only partially renovated. The bed was extremely squeaky. Even though I was sleeping alone and I'm a petite person, every movement made noise, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I was disappointed that there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room. There was a microwave but no cups, so I couldn't even heat water for tea. Every hotel or motel I've stayed at before has provided at least a kettle or coffee maker with cups. There was also no hairdryer, which was surprising. Fortunately, I had packed my own. When I checked out, I noticed a water cooler with a hot water option in the office and thought I could finally get some hot water for tea. Unfortunately, the cooler was empty, and only a tiny amount came out before it stopped. I ended up having to go to the nearest Starbucks just to get hot water. Overall, I think the listing should more accurately reflect the condition of the rooms and the amenities provided.
