Clean room, friendly staff.

Our room was clean and a good size.

It was raining out and our heat/air unit was being dripped on the outside. Sooo loud. I contacted the front desk and asked to be moved. They were very accommodating. We had trouble getting the water in the shower on. When I spoke to staff they told me they were just hard to get on. Tried again and the water came on with difficulty. Breakfast was prepackaged, microwave beatable.

It was ok but not great.

Clean and easy to get around.

Pool and gym out of order, toilet paper kept falling off, breakfast was not good, cold entry, traffic was difficult to navigate getting in and out.

Was able to meet with a family member not seen in a few years, convenient to find for strangers,

Room comfortable, bed good but pretty tight getting out of bed on one side in middle of night. Nice bathroom, very clean and quiet.

Very disappointing breakfast even for seniors that don’t eat a lot. Packages very small, not much variety.

It was very well.

Was very hospitable and the servers and staff were professional and courteous. Enjoyed the scenery as well. Amenities were exceptional.

I do wish they had better varieties of food choices. Specifically allergy-related ones.

It was OK. I don't know that I would go back, however.

The room was what I expected and was comfortable.

No elevator. I'm 80 and had some problem with the stairs. I was locked out of my room because staff didn't pay attention to the length of my reservation. I've heard of "bag lunches" but never "bag breakfasts." Ugh!

3 beds no furniture to sit on. I paid for a pool that is not open. They should tell you that. The room was dreary and datk. Bag breakfast like in high school. Over priced for what they had. Very noisy street

The remodel turned out amazing just wish the pool would open up it’s been a very long time

The manager Jessica was beyond rude I’ve never experienced worse service in my life she went out of her way to try to belittle me and anybody else around her including her staff (the house keepers) I wrote another longer review via different site so I’m going to wrap this one here up.

Nothing didn't get the chance to stay there

They were not accmadatiing to people w' disabilities who need ESA animals , the front desk employee was rude, canceled my reservation and was told to leave!

It was a clean, cheaper hotel in Spokane.

The hotel was very clean and modern looking. Staff was friendly and efficient. Price was very good for this location in Spokane.

Breakfast was grab and go which included a lot of product waste. Heater was incredibly loud all night. Through no fault of the hotel, the pool and fitness room are not available. They have no idea when it will be available, so definitely call ahead if this is important to you.
