Location is great.

The location was good and great breakfast in the morning.

Our room was dirty, the TV didn't work and had to move rooms in the middle of the night (4th floor to 1st), the internet didn't work till we got moved to the first floor. This place looks great from the outside but definitely wasn't all that great inside. It needs deep cleaned and better receptionist when you walk in.

Great stay in a great area!

Basically everything….staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and just an overall good experience!

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower in the bathroom had a very slow drain, but besides that the room and surrounding area were good!!

It seems like no one can maintain an EV charger other than Tesla. Please don't advertise this feature unless you can keep it in working order

Great for the most part.

The room was absolutely amazing. And the breakfast was great!

I didn't like a couple of the staff. The manager was so rude and very nasty.

They eventually gave me a refund. But I won't rent again.

The room was comfortable

The staff charged me a smoking fee because they said my teenagers clothes smelled like smoke. But the policy says the rooms are non-smoking and no one smoked in the room which is all that matters. They said they will give me a refund but I'm banned from the property because I left my teenagers 16, 17, and 18 unsupervised for a few hours which isn't against the law. My girls were doing tik toks and the office said we're to loud but when they asked them to be quiet they did and went to bed.

We liked the whole concept.

The location of the room was out of any high traffic areas and was quiet.

The pool was not heating properly and I had looked forward to swimming.....

The hotel met our needs for a quick overnight during our traveling on the expressway.

The location is off the main hotel concentration near the expressway. I believe it is safe, but onsite parking space was inadequate.

Location was “off the beaten path”.

Comfortable bed. Breakfast was great.

Gal at front desk very slow. Room was not up to any Marriott standards. Dirty refrigerator, smell (I think garbage disposal), coffee, but no coffee pot. Gal at front desk said they were replacing in some rooms!?!? Paint spots on bathroom floor. Just not so great.

Very clean, the staff is EXCEPTIONAL, and the amenities were of great value for the cost!

The whole facility was cleaner than I expected

Low on towels for the pool is literally my ONLY complaint

Good place over all

Good location, nothing within walking distance. Staff greeted guest everytime you saw them. Pool was a great plus. Our room was perfect for the two of us.

We cleaned the room once we checked in. Very dusty, but not a huge deal.

I might stay again but I I might not.

The employees were wonderful and the location was nice and quiet.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked including having a gecko in the shower one night. The pool was terribly cold.

It was clean, and staff was great and very curiosity to us

Pool was cold to be a indoor pool, air conditioning wasn't cooling very well our room was hot also the people above us was very loud and noisy couldn't sleep for all the noises.

Very good place to try again!

Breakfast options were good and overall the room was very clean and spacious.

Nothing that I can say strongly. There was minor issue with the drainage of water in the tub and sink but they fixed it right away.

Troublesome

No toilet paper. TV did not work. Water on the floor in kitchen. No bed pad under sheet heard TV next door until 3am could not get front desk on phone. Manager gave us a discount on the room for our troubles.

beds were comfortable and staff was nice, they just need a few upgrades and better parking

they have a fire pit that they light every night and it is pretty nice. also it is close to a lot of places to eat as well as the mall. There also is a kitchen in the room which was nice

it wasn’t up to date, the breakfast selection wasn’t the best either, and the parking lot is very very small so if your going out late just know you won’t have parking when you get back and have to park in the other hotels parking lot.

Stay away.

It was dingy and there were sketchy folks hanging around. The lobby was not clean and smelled like musty lemons. When we arrived, the hotel had cancelled our stay two days prior without notifying us. We ended up having to scramble to book another hotel—at more than double the original cost. No effort was made to make this right. The desk clerk basically shrugged and said sorry. She wouldn’t say how the reservation got cancelled, only that it had been cancelled. No manager followed up.
