loved the room, was very nice, roomy and comfortable was a good location for where I was going each day
The breakfast was terrible... hard boiled egg that was brownish, so was scared to eat any of them, 2 of the 3 days there was sausage gravy with biscuits and I just had a biscuit, but could not eat that as it was so stale and dry, and then decided that I would have a bagel and cream cheese and the cream cheese "product" tasted awful. Towels were pretty thread bare.

The location was great because it was near the hospital where my loved one was admitted. The breakfast was ok. I had bagels. Waffles were available and there was a hot dish, usually biscuits and gravy. There were eggs a couple days.
The rooms were fine, new carpet and housekeeping every day, but closer corner cleaning would be better especially in the bathroom.

the room was clean and the bed was comfortable
the look of the hotel is grey and brown kinda of grim and depressing. the pillows were small, there were no top sheets on the bed, no extra blankets, the breakfast was all carbs, coffee in styrofoam non recycleable cups, only cream was coffee mate not cream or milk so we didn't have breakfast
