Vor dem Fenster nur das Meer: Direkt am Strand mit privatem Zugang von der Appartement-Anlage aus. 17. Etage (man hat die Vögel auf Augenhöhe), ruhig. 2 Klimaanlagen für beide Räume, Balkon, Waschmaschine, komplette Küche. Tolle TV-Anlage mit guter Soundbar und zusätzlicher Bassbox (siehe Foto). Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Immer Personal als Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Fr. + Sa. öffnet an den Pools eine Bar mit Musik und Snacks. Gut ausgestatteter und klimatisierter Fitnessraum. Anlage eher leer, also wenige Leute am Pool und am Strand waren wir fast alleine. Surfschule mit weiterer Gastronomie um die Ecke. Schöne Wellen zum Surfen. Ein Supermarkt in der Nähe sowie weitere Geschäfte / Apotheke / Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestelle fußläufig erreichbar. Große Supermärkte 10 km entfernt - Bus fährt ca. alle 20 Minuten oder man nimmt ein Taxi.
Ideal für Menschen, die mehr Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit legen und deshalb kein Problem mit älteren Möbeln und nicht klinisch reinen Räumen haben. Das zweite Bett hat eine dünne Matratze, bestehend aus zwei Längskuhlen, die durch ein längs verlaufendes Brett getrennt sind ... Die Wohnung hat nicht, wie angegeben, 80 Quadratmeter, sondern höchstens 70.

It was an amazing location and it was the cleanest place we've stayed at that met american standards which is rare for Panamá. The ocean view was stunning, quiet during our stay and we truly enjoyed the place.
The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable you could feel a metal piece in the center of it.

The view right on the ocean especially the 17th floor was spectacular. The room was setup very well with full kitchen AC washer and dryer, 2 TVs and spare bed. Very comfortable on deck on both sides. Lots of storage available and a dedicated parking spot near elevators was great. Minimal noise from adjoining suites. Pools and amenities are very accessible. Stayed 2 nites.
With only eating available in town, other that food supplies you bring, it is tricky due to traffic on Pan America highway and access in and out of property, especially at night.
