Superb

Very quiet, room was nice.

There was food left in the fridge along with a container of wet dog food.

Bad

The owners were super rude and inconsiderate. The rooms were absolutely disgusting and when told the reply was "oh". My neice slipped on the ice when walking out the door to the car and we made them aware and they responded. Nobody told her to go out that door. Just absolutely rude and disgusting. Check out pics.

Clean, economical place to stay.

Loved that it was right near a great place for breakfast, The Red Maple, and that we could walk indoors to get to it.

We had the place to ourselves

The room smelled very bad. It was freezing in the room after we checked in. The hotel is very old, and while that's fine, the tub, sink, toilet, carpet, bedding and electrical were old, broken, smelly & insufficient.

Convenient location but won’t stay again.

Location was excellent for walking downtown. No breakfast was supplied by hotel but attached restaurant is updated with excellent food/service.

Hotel completely outdated, needs full renovation. All rooms need refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board and iron! The towels are scratched/old/uncomfortable and the “regular blanket” on bed is old/scratchy/uncomfortable.

Very convenient to walking downtown.

The restaurant attached to the motel has excellent breakfasts! That was a real plus.

The motel needs some updating and renovation.

It hadn't changed a lot over the years and was a great location at a reasonable cost.

Meals were next door and great.

It could have been more updated.

Horrible wouldn't stay here again!

There was no breakfast empty vending machines or unplugged!

Property and rooms dirty and smelled musty! Was NOT worth $90+!!! If there aren't any facilities available ( pool was closed with stuff floating on top of water) and no breakfast or snacks etc. Discount should be given to Guests. I've worked in many Hotels throughout my life this was a complete disappointment!
