Everything was dirty and the building looks like it’s about to fall apart. This place is a drug invested facility. There’s drug addicts and prostitution everywhere. No where was clean in the place and it is falling a part. Check the reviews and the photos they are all true. I don’t know how this place is legally able to operate

RUN HORRIBLE

nothing it looked abandoned

everything it looked abandoned they didn’t provide toilet paper , no ice tried getting a refund from OYÓ itself I was told I couldn’t front desk wouldn’t either. I cried the whole night. It was horrible and I didn’t have enough money to go anywhere else. False advertising with pictures. No pool, no gym it look abandoned

It was ok until I got jumped my door pushed in and i got robbed at gun point and my head busted and my vehicle robbed as well and the front desk said they knew nothing about it or the cops being called or anything I was outraged about it and could have died I called corporate and got nothing or any feed back front desk wouldn't help me so my stay there was awful

I didn’t stay. I lost my money

This place was absolutely awful.

Everything could have been better. Nothing like the pictures you had. The ceiling was falling in. There was dog poop in the hallway. Stains on the sheets and I had cockroaches in the bathroom.

the front door didn’t work water was coming through the ceiling there wasn’t any housekeeping, the toilet took long to flash the tub had dirt ring inside, mold by the window, Sheets had stains, dead cockroaches was on the tv stand

It was the worst hotel room I ever stayed at.

The receptionist was nice.

The bathtub was disgusting, no towels, no trash cans, no blankets, the air stopped working, no microwave, no refrigerator and no breakfast even tho it’s said it’s included.

DO NOT DO IT!

It was close to the mall but literally everything else was BAD! Terrible.

When we pulled up to check in, the lady was sitting outside smoking. she never got up to check me in. I had to walk back out and tell her I needed to check in. After multiple tries she got the key to “program”. We drove around back, went up the stairs to the room and the key didn’t work. Went back to the lobby and were asked “did you have it by your phone?” No! Finally got into the room and it SMELLED LIKE SKUNK! One of the beds was wrinkled, like someone had been in it. Within a few hours, we noticed ROACHES.. even crawling by our clothes! The toilet ran nonstop and I cut myself on the metal toilet paper holder. There was no coffee pot. One morning we woke up to a guy doing donuts in the nearly empty parking lot. He was a guest. There were shell casings on the sidewalk, broken glass in the hallway, and even dead geckos in the hallway carpet. This place seriously should be shut down and is an absolute hazard.

Don't expect much...

Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly enough, and it was quiet.

It wasn't real clean but not dirty either, halfway vacuumed and picked up. No blanket on the bed, just like 3 sheets. One bath towel, one medium towel, no wash cloths, and half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. And I reserved the "chalet" room, which I was told they did not actually offer once I got there so I was downgraded to a lesser priced room without a refund even being offered.

Nothing!

Bathtub was filthy. Had to shower with my flip flops. Room was not cleaned before I checked in. Had to look for clean towels. Too many people in and out from the back of the hotel.

This property needs A LOT of work to even be considered a hotel.

Really nothing; used linens were outside doorways; no smoke detector in room; only 1 towel for 2 people: no outside lighting; felt unsafe there, but stayed because room was non-refundable.

everything, it was so hot in the hotel. the rooms smelled so bad , that carpet and furniture was so nasty/not clean and part of the hotel is boarded up!! the lady at the front desk had a attitude( older lady that worked the night shift) I didn’t even stay I requested a refund and me and my family left that dump. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 0/10

I stayed at 2 different Oyo and am very displeased with this company. They don’t put any money into maintenance. This place looked deserted. No air conditioning in lobby. Exterior entrance doors did not lock. Pool advertised but was closed down. Not very clean. Room didn’t have toilet paper or towels and had to go back to front desk to get them.

I'd stay here again but my rooms gotta be right.

The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful.

The room. There were no towels, no blanket, fridge was unplugged and there was food in it. The microwave had two thawed out frozen dinners in it like someone had just left the room an hour ago. For how much it cost you think they'd have cable. Wifi wouldn't stay connected. The lady at the front desk did get us some towels and a blanket but we shouldn't even had to ask.
