Overall a decent stay, if I needed too, I’d stay here again.

Location is close to major highways. Pet friendly. Close to shopping, fast food, grocery, and fuel. Exterior access to rooms. Access to onsite laundry and pool. Affordable. No bugs!!!

The rooms could use a little more attention to detail, but I’ve stayed in WAY worse so I give them a pass. Front office staff was great! I just had difficulty understanding her.

The staff was accommodating and helped as much as possible.

Booked nonsmoking and had to be moved but the room had not been cleaned. We ran another errand as to wait for the room to get ready at 8:30 pm. But the young lady behind the front desk did it personally. No towels. Bring your own towels

Like the kitchen cause it made it feel homey!

Need more ways to get to the up stairs rooms and needs tubs everybody don't like to take showers.

I loved the interior design and colors. It felt like I moved into a new apartment.

The location was very good the only good thing to say about this place. The photos are not what it really looks like.

First thing their was holes in walls and in the bathroom door. The stool seat was not bolted down. Shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere but on you. Their was live roaches in the room. The TV would not work. Called front office and waited for a half hour no one came. I found the power cord to TV in a drawer and fixed it myself. Their was a fight outside front office over what guy was going to stay with the lady in front office. Was going to leave but it was almost midnight and didn't think I could find a place to stay so late. Would really like to get my money back from this place.

I want my money that he stole from me which left me without money for 3 weeks.

Didn't know there was a breakfast, I felt like the enemy the whole stay.

My partner was in a wheelchair so after paying extra for a handicap accessable room I find that her chair wouldn't go through the bathroom door without removing the door. I removed the 2dpot pins from the hinges to remove the door, the thin plywood was not tacked at the bottom which allowed the bottom 2"x2" to just fall out. This man charged about $470 for one night and claimed I broke the door. Even claimed I stayed 3 nights.

Subpar

The first guy who checked me in seemed nice. All guests were nice as well.

When checking out I tried to speak with the woman at the desk but she walked away before I could and didn’t come back until I rang her again. I got a non-smoking room. It said it was on the door but it smelled like smoke and there was an ash tray in the room. The sheets were also stained with something blue and textured.

Jus sad 😔

The workers was helpful and apologetic especially the maintenance ik I got on his nerves cause I mus of called him 30x literally for da tv. But he remained kool and did wat he could to help me get comfortable

Only thing gud was da manager and maintenance tried to make it rite but da tv kept freezing and not properly playing and dey told me to jus keep moving the TV for signal and it stayed messed up on and off from 2pm to 10 pm wen another manager came in and moved me to another room after da maintenance switched tvs out and da tv still wasn't working also in da room wen I opened da refrigerator it was 2 roaches crawling inside and 1 dead in door than 2 on da counter so after I complained about all dat 10clock came and knew manager came dats wen da manager and maintenance told her wat was going on and she moved me to another room get in ther a roach crawling on da pillow so I was so uncomfortable and frustrated from da whole time I was ther was a disaster no rest I couldn't wait to get out of ther at day break dat hotel was a waist of my money and time and to me dey should hav gav me my money back but instead we went to another hotel for tonight cause I was to tired to drive back out of twn going home, so yall Sav ur money cause it's not rite especially seeing da roaches in da first room and one on pillow in da new room I was put n
