Ms. Lori, the front desk agent is PHENOMENAL! She had a smile on her face the whole time, was pleasant and cheerful and super knowledgeable! She made every guest checking in feel like the ONLY guest checking in. I've stayed here twice and each time she has been smiling and friendly and welcoming.
The bed was clean and comfortable, and the pillows were soft.
The pool was the perfect temperature, and there were plenty of towels. I didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled delicious!
The whole building is worn down and outdated,
The bed was comfortable, but the height of it blocks the airflow of the AC, so the room was warm.
There isn't a sink *in* the bathroom, which was a little odd.

The sink was not in the bathroom. If someone was still in the bed or resting they would be disturbed if the other person were to wash there hands after using the bathroom or brush their teeth. Not to mention if they forgot to bring a towel in before taking a shower. I found it annoying 😑 😒

Location; coffee maker/refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Odd odor in the room. Water? Around the toilet in the bathroom. Pillows were too thick (both guest experience neck pain)
