Location
The sofa bed mattress was filthy and stained. Why pick a check in time and have it approved and room still not be ready? And dishwasher in room is running once we get to room, why?

Very clean and quite,
Bed uncomfortable, mattress needs to be replaced. The window in the kitchen only had blinds and no room darkening shades and the street light was directly outside that window and was like daylight in in the room all night. Rip in window curtains. Sofa dirty and ripped. Needs to be replaced. No staff from 8 PM to 12 PM.
